i cant believe i hav been inside the hse not exercising for wks... arg... today when i was working i had the urge to do a leap... ARGARGARGARGARG.... i cant believe tt i was stucked up in an air con place wif no exercising AT ALL... AT ALL... ARGGGGGGGGGGGGG..... how idiotic can this be... arg...how long will my leg take to FULLY recover??? alamak... :X

haha :D im happy tt i didnt take painkillers during this 4 days :D its a gd thing.. for the third day the leg was less painful :D but.. it didnt seem to continue today... :X its ok.. (: ppl who alw bai ka de shld get used to the pain sooner or later de.... :D i guess... i will get used to the pain soon... (:

(: amanda also... 1 wk plus plus... sec one netballers too!!! :D :D er.. some of them 3 wks..some abt 6 days :X haha... ok.. this is a little kua zhang but its really like... 6 yrs ok.. (: we used to meet each other frm mon to fri when there is sch... :X so.. yea :D :D
