haha yest training was super super fun :D :D esp the part aft training and the defence

yest training we learned defence too... n its like.. i did super badly can... tt ball i could hav intercept de.. but then i was looking at yani..so i missed it... arg... :X i think tt attack is easier... jus run out frm defender can le... :X did super badly yest... i rly hav to work on my stamina and defence... :X arg...
and mayb my injuries too... arg... but then aft training it was at the bball court playing netball... :D :D :D WOOTS :D :D it was super super fun... :D :D all laughters and stuff.. :D :D and lots of ppl fell down yest...:X :X take care yea... (:
